You can’t go wrong with Le Creuset. The colour is beautiful? Always so great to cook with. The skillet retains heat and cooks evenly. If you’re prepared to take care of it, you can’t go past this skillet. Only thing to be aware of is that the handle can get quite hot, due to it all being cast iron.
