Le creuset's cast iron dutch ovens are well known for cooking to perfection : the food does not dry up in the oven and the integration of taste into the food is immaculate. It is also non stick and very easy to remove food debris me even if it has been burnt and stuck on I know about it durability as I have another 2 Le creusets dutch ovens that I have used for over 10 years and the quality of food produced is as good as day 1
