The Woll Diamond Lite are the best non stick cookware I have ever had the pleasure of using. The are completely non stick under any circumstances, they cook evenly, they are really solid, and are able to be used on an induction stove. The lids seal perfectly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Best for 'one pan' meals with safe & easy clean up

Love love love this pan - this is the big size and I have a smaller WOLL also which is also great. The large size is heavy but manageable with removeable handle and great on induction top. The size allows me to do a one pan cook that feeds a family or group - and I can get two large "topping filled" omelettes from the one pan for hubby and me (we love our omelettes and it's great to be able to cook two at once so we can eat at the same time!). One of the best features of this big pan is safe non-stick and seconds only needed to clean up!
