Defective/faulty item - Tefal Unlimited Frypan32cm

I collected the pan from Click-and-collect counter in Chadstone. The pan (without a box) was placed in a Myer shopping bag sealed with a Myer sticker. I only took a peek inside the bag before I left Myer. When I got home, I put it in the pantry. After dinner I took it out to show my family and about to give it a quick wash. Then I realised the pan was not round in shape. The base has warped a little, and the rim was out of round shape even on the naked eyes. Was more obvious when I placed a 32cm glass lid over it.
