We've been using the toaster for a while now and have given it 3 stars based on uneven browning, The toast has to be put down a second time after being turned over to ensure both sides are browned evenly.

This is the best toaster I’ve ever bought. It looks good, it toasts perfectly, and I appreciate the lever that lifts the shorter slices so they’re easy to retrieve. Well priced and highly recommended.

Browning is even on both sides and not to many crumbs end up on the bench under the toaster. Easy to clean as it does not have groves on the top where it can gather crumbs. Nice looking
