Looks good but lack practicality, modern controls

The knob needs testing on what sorts of browning or toasting as 1-5 is not helpful. I don't want my bread to be burnt so does 5 mean burn 90% etc. The slots are also too narrow as it fits only standard factory loaf of bread while most artisan bread comes in various width and thickness. Otherwise looks aesthetically retro and shiny without being super practical.
