Mop works very well and performs as to be expected. Takes a bit of getting used to the handle moving up and down to produce steam as you mop. It is light weight but downside to that is slightly harder to get dirty marks off as the mop weight doesnt assist. Overall a good product so far. Have only been using the product for about a month.

I use this on my tiled floors. Having a cat at home, cleaning with pure steam without using any chemicals is an absolute must for me. Compared to my previous Bissell steam mop, this Shark is noticeably lighter. I especially love the thin, rectangular head and the Velcro pad designโitโs much easier to attach than the slip-on cover types, and the shape allows it to reach right into corners and edges easily. โOn the downside, the power cord is a bit short, so I have to use an extension lead to move around. The steam output also feels a bit milder and takes a moment longer to heat up compared to my old Bissell. Overall, itโs a convenient and maneuverable mop that works well for weekly floor care.
