Brilliant Non-Stick Performance!

I’m really enjoying using this 30 cm carbon steel pan. It has a nice solid feel, and the black finish looks great. Most impressively, it has been exceptionally non-stick in my experience, making cooking and cleaning so much easier. I also appreciate that it can be maintained by drying it thoroughly and applying a thin layer of oil after washing. It’s a great size for everyday cooking, and I’m looking forward to using it more and building up the seasoning over time!

Heavy but leaves a great char on your steaks

This pan is great value for money and cooks meat beautifully. It leaves a great char on steaks which is exactly what I was looking for. The only negative is that it does stain the pan and leaves marks, but that's just aesthetic.
