Stylish shoe but check sizing

The shoe style is very smart and stylish. Perfect for work and able to wear with summer or winter outfits. The heel is not too high or low and just the right amount. Unfortunately based on the website product description I ordered up a half size as recommended (site said consider going up a size as runs small). I am a 7 and ordered a 7.5, it was swimming on me. Returned and purchased regular size (7) and it is still a little large. I am a mature aged person and my foot size has not changed. I would suggest try on in person if possible as sending back cost $15.
