Weird Noises from Sole and Heel

These boots are comfortable but they make some strange groaning and clicking noises when walking. Weirdly, this only happens sometimes. Iโ€™ve had days where theyโ€™re very loud and creaky/clicky and other days that they seem to make very little noise. I have reached out to Myer to explore returning the boots due to being faulty.
