For the price it has pilled from the very first wear It is embarrassing to wear out i purchased for my mother as a mothers day gift and it looks awful

The jumper is beautiful and soft, doesn’t have any of the usual scratching of wool. The colour is lovely and the stretch is fantastic. I bought a 10, could have bought an 8. I was super unimpressed that it came with loads of dust marks all over it which required multiple washes to clear before I could wear it. Generally when you spend so much money on a product you expect it to arrive clean. Myer Fulfilment certainly needs to pay more attention to detail. When I’ve been in store, the filthy products are usually discounted as they cannot sell them full price when covered in dust. I’m pleased after three wash cycles that I was able to get the multiple marks on the front and back of the jumper off.
