Solid bag but not a tote

Looks good and well structured. My only real gripe is that the sizing is a bit off. It was listed as a tote bag but it’s more like a medium sized handbag. It fits a good number of things for handbag purposes but will not fit a laptop or larger items and the handles are JUST too small to fit over your shoulder comfortably. There is a shoulder strap provided which is fine, but it definitely isn’t a tote bag and is bigger than I’d prefer for a regular handbag. From the photos provided with model it looked like it would be larger but that may have been my error for misinterpreting the measurements.
