I've been using this pan for pancakes and omelets, and one thing I've really noticed is how little oil or butter I need because of the non-stick surface. Everything cooks evenly and slides straight off, which makes cooking and cleaning much easier. If you're trying to cook with less oil without food sticking, this is a great option.
