Very bad product. Extremely disappointed

This crossbody bag caused severe black stains along the strap line damaging my white t shirt. The first dry cleaners couldn't get it off. Now it's at the second dry cleaners. It looks like it's a write off. The t shirt was my first day wear and a quality t shirt (Fred Perry). It's a terrible product. I will be seeking a refund and cost recovery for the damages.
