I purchased this flosser in May 2026, it's now the end of August and I noticed black mold on the handle dock and bottom of the handle. Water also leaks from the bottom of the handle. This flosser replaces the one I bought in 2018. It lasted that long with no mold/leaking issues.

easy to use and gets the job done. i started on lower setting and am working my way up, much easier than conventional flossing

A good solid unit that cleans really well. Not as convenient as a portable one but as itβs connected to power itβs less likely the battery will falter (as happened to our portable one after 3 months).
