Poor quality heel

Usually this brand of shoe is my go to - but this pair of shoes broke after only 2 wears. The heel has a plastic feature that broke off exposing the inside of the heel shaft. This is not an easy fix as the plastic feature is not a common shoe. After 2 wears the shoes are ready for the bin as they cannot be fixed.

Soooo comfortable! I bought in every colour. Best shoes i have ever bought. Comfortable as soon as i first wore. Perfect heel height for me and the colors are gorgeous.
