Fantastic Braising Pan from Maxwell Williams

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I LOVE this braising pan! It’s perfect! I bought it because I’d been chasing a pan with a lid for some time. Why don’t pans come with lids these days? Who knows?! 😂 Maxwell Williams has come to the party, and this pan is brilliant. I’m travelling and house-sitting, and you might think carting around a heavy pan like this is overkill — but it means I can just use this one pan. It really is one-pan cooking, and it’s perfect for winter. You can brown your meat and then continue cooking it all in the same pan. And the fact that it’s gorgeous as well is an added bonus. It is heavy, so be aware of that. I knew that when I bought it, though, so I don’t mind one bit! Also - this is true kitchen to table cookware. It’s lovely to look at and would look great serving at the table. I absolutely love it and would happily recommend it.
