Very user friendly machine

Bought as a gift but have one myself. Unfortunately the first machine had a leak in the tank but very streamline to swap and get a new machine with myer. Quiet mark and switching from espresso shot to steam are the best functions. As well as very user friendly buttons. Would give 5 stars if they had a fully stainless steel portafilter, but otherwise great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine because we were buying a lot of coffees from down the road after our baby was born. This machine has been such a lifesaver! It's great and makes delicious coffees. I'm also having fun learning to make the perfect milk drinks. The directions on how to tune the grind are very clear and it didn't take long to dial it in for our favourite coffee beans. One thing that would make this machine even better would be the ability to grind a single dose. Just changing the hopper still leaves coffee in the burrs which means you end up either picking them out by hand or grinding them out, likely leaving you with an unknown quantity of coffee grounds.

We have had 3 other coffee machines over the years. This is the best ever. We have used it daily for about 1 month now. The best steam/froth, and the coffee we usually use is tasting even better. Pretty basic, which to me is a plus for our daily morning coffee. Don't need all the bells and whistles as it's only for us and occasional friends/family. I have had a Kitchen Aid mixer for a few years now. It's heavy, but works really well. I am expecting the same high quality from the coffee machine.
