Great kitchen staple but plastic jug

Nik48 — 4 out of 5 stars

Use this almost daily. Especially love the auto-clean setting. As I have been trying to remove plastic from my kitchen and home as much as possible, I am a little disappointed that the jug is not glass. Would be really interested in being able to replace the jug as an upgrade.

Great Blender

Niki — 5 out of 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy I bought this, it is so powerful and blends within a few seconds. Very happy with my purchase.

Amazing blender let down by terrible leaking jug

Reenie — 2 out of 5 stars

I love this blender, it was an upgrade from my NutriBullet and it makes the most delicious creamy and smooth smoothies, HOWEVER, I am so disappointed with the jug which started to leak at the blade from the base of the jug. I paid for a new genuine part jug to replace the one that came with the blender. However, here I am back in the same situation with my replacement jug starting to leak at the underside of the blade. The replacement jug was not cheap either. Very disappointing and seems like it must be a faulty design. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend the blender as now I have to decide whether to replace with a different brand or purchase another replacement jug.
