Best non stick pan I have ever owned by far (and I owned many). It’s definitely not like your typical nonstick pan. It’s a bit on the heavier side, but that’s what really keeps the heat well. I’ve had it since August and use it almost every day and it still looks brand new! I also love that it works with the induction stove because my husband is worried about the health effects of gas stoves. I have a frozen shoulder, so the handle design really helps. I’ve never seen a handle with that little extra extension on the bottom, which helps with lifting and maneuvering the pan. I usually do not relieve reviews, but I wanted to share this amazing find with others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the last few months I've put this Fissler Ceretal pan through its paces across several meals now, and it has easily earned the top spot in my kitchen. The heat distribution is remarkably even across the entire surface. While searing these shrimp the pan showed zero hot spots allowing for a clean, consistent color throughout. The ceramic nonstick surface performs effortlessly allowing any food type to release smoothly with minimal oil, and cleanup takes nothing more than a quick wipe and warm rinse. Beyond the cooking performance, the build quality stands out immediately. It has substantial heft, and the handle is secure and comfortable in hand. If you want a durable, high-performance ceramic skillet that holds up to serious daily cooking, this one is worth every penny.
