I bought this to bake bread and it’s brilliant. Best loaf of bread ever. I must say the whole seasoning with milk wasn’t fun as the milk caught on the bottom and burnt. But once I cleaned it I put this gorgeous pot to work and I love it. I’m definitely converted to Emile Henry products. My oven usually cooks really unevenly but my bread came out perfectly evenly cooked
