Looks good , formal enough for work, but comfortable like a causal shoe. When others looked at it, they wouldn't know the sole was different unless I told them. The rubber doesn't squeak much, some hard surfaces is unavoidable such as the nature of rubber but it's nothing compared to the OnCloud squeaking. One thing to note, the shoe is a bit flat inside, for people with big feet, you may want a bigger size

Quality of shoe is, but I ordered Brown and received Cognac which I didn”t want as they a deeper brown with Black toes. I guess this is the problem when you order online especially if you live in the country and can’t return them.
