straps are too long

As mentioned by a few other reviewers, the fixed strap was way too long so I ended up returning them (I bought them online so I didn’t have the opportunity to try on first). Its a shame as nice shoes otherwise but extremely long, loose straps dont fit properly or look good. I bought size 8
Comfort and support with Style

Very comfortable low heal. Was able to wear them at a wedding the whole night. Good for someone who normally wears orthotics.
