I bought these shoes in the ivory and black to wear to work. Now they are my go to flats - they are so comfortable and look stylish especially with long trousers. They have arch cushioning which makes them more comfortable than most flats, though if you are walking long distances a sneaker might be better. But for going to work in an office and walking around the city at lunch they are perfect. In terms of size - I'm usually a size 39, but the 38 fit better since it's made of leather, so I recommend sizing down if you are between sizes.
