Although I liked the look of this jacket I have been very disappointed with the sizing: as I’m normally an 18/20 size I was guided by your sizing questionnaire and went for the 20. It was absolutely massive and would have fitted a footballer! I sent it back and reordered the 18. That also was huge. That went back also and bought the size 16. When that arrived and still too big I’ve given up and bought something else. After paying $45 in postage costs and time wasted for these deliveries I’m disappointed in online shopping and won’t bother again. I feel the site should have carried a warning to the effect that this product was sized for exceptionally large people.
