Very well made and attractive. Works well with easy foot pedal control and soft closing lid. Best used with Brabantia bin liners, however they are expensive compared to supermarket generic types. Pleasing shape "disappears" in the corner of my kitchen

I have had a wonderful Brabantia can in my kitchen for ages and needed a new color. It is fine. I closes slowly which is good. The only difference is that old one could stay completely open if you pushed the top back. This may not matter to you, however.
