Not easy to keep from sliding

One side of the coverlet is shiny and slippery - it is difficult to keep it on the bed, as it slides off.

Size - something i didnt think of was it fitting it in the washing machine as i like to wash before use to get rid of any chemical smell/packaging. Got the KING and its heavy and much to big for my machine which is a decent size for bedding.
