Reviews
Manufacturing quality was disappointing
Izzy2026 — 2 out of 5 stars
The bed frame itself is sturdy and feels solid once assembled. Unfortunately, the manufacturing quality was disappointing, as several required screw holes had not been drilled. This meant we were unable to complete the assembly as instructed and had to purchase a specialised drill and create the missing holes ourselves. While the finished frame is strong and looks good, the missing holes caused unnecessary inconvenience, extra expense, and added time to the assembly process.
Adequate medium quality product
— 3 out of 5 stars
It’s an adequate product. It’s difficult to put together and has plastic slats. It not comparable to a high quality wooden slat bed but it’s adequate. It wobbles even when put together by a hired furniture assembler. He told the gas lift feature can’t be used too much because it has a limited gas lift capacity so you can’t be using the storage on a daily basis. If you take care of can last 5 years. I should have bought normal beds with storage below. Bought it on sale so I think the product quality v cost was reasonable. It’s a medium quality product.
