Frankly it's much lower to the ground. Assembly can be challenging and ***** most annoyingly it did not have pre drilled screw holes for either the hinges or struts. Which assumes everyone has a drill??? One corner poorly finished right on front edge. Don't waste your money as it's half the height of a normal queen size bed and looks ridiculous in comparison.

The fabric is true to colour, the size is compact, it has ample cushioning, good quality!

The ottoman fits neatly in the bedroom and has enough storage space for our needs. The assembly was straightforward and all of the hardware was present. We ordered Beige but received Taupe, which is actually better.
