Challenging to use.

I find this product difficult to use as you need two people to do so - one to twist the handle to the desired tightness and one to click the handle to lock it. Also the band does not always adequately grip the lid and slides off. Disappointing when it is so expensive. I would have returned it but didn't discover the challenges with using it until after I had to rip the backing package to get it out.
