I have owned Wüsthof knives since 2003, and these are the only knives I will ever own. They are expensive, but the quality and craftsmanship are worth every penny. Plus, they are guaranteed for life. The handle of my Classic 7" Hollow Edge Santoku cracked. I returned it and was sent a new one. In this world of planned obsolescence, Wüsthof produces quality products and stands by them. I am a lifelong fan.

This is absolutely my favorite knife! I love the 7" size—it’s the perfect balance between being comfortable to use and big enough to handle pretty much anything I’m prepping. It’s super sharp, well-balanced, and feels great in my hand. The hollow edge is also a nice touch because it helps keep food from sticking to the blade. Wüsthof quality is definitely worth it. I use this knife all the time and would highly recommend it!
