Great Roasting Tray

These trays are amazing for even distribution of heat while roasting. They keep the grill plates clean and give an evenly cooked roast. I won't roast meat without one. I use them both on the Weber Q at home and on our Baby Q in the caravan. I definitely wouldn't travel without these, they make clean-up so simple.
