Excellent customer service but not the product

Bought a new Van Heusen men's tailored long-sleeve plain white twill business shirt from Myer, marketed as being made from “premium cotton”. Unfortunately, after literally wearing it just once and then washing it, I noticed when ironing it (even with a steam press) that various edges and sections of the shirt had really stubborn creases that just wouldn't iron out. Compared with my other Van Heusen business shirts, I was pretty disappointed with the after-care quality of this particular shirt, especially given the “premium cotton” claim. That said, I have to give credit where it's due - Myer Customer Service was excellent. I explained the issue and they were more than happy to offer me either an exchange or a full refund, without any fuss. Well done, Myer Customer Service! 👏Really appreciate how they handled it and looked after me as a customer.
