Absolutely love these boots. It's so hard to find warm boots and these are fully lined in sheepskin to keep your feet nice and warm. I added some thermal woollen insoles with arch support and my feet have been snugly warm at work. Normally on cold days I lose feeling in my lower legs and feet as it is so cold with the cold rising up from the floor. Highly recommend. The only down side is that the laces are a bit short so it's hard to tie them after laying them through the hooks. I had to size up. I'm regularly a size 9 or 40 but they were a bit short so exchanged them for a41. With thick socks they are perfect.
