Even cooking, strong and sturdy. Matt finish on the inside and outside ( not finely polished and reflective like other beans). However there are small pits on the inside of nearly every pot or pan left from the manufacturing process. Not sure if it affects anything.
Well shaped handles, solid structure all in one.

Perfect for a small family. The collection is versatile for all cooking needs. I like the lids with steam vents on them. This was a key spec I was looking for in a cooking set.
