Was happy with the product until non stick coating started deteriorating after 4 months. All instructions had been followed low heat , gentle washing it has never been in the dishwasher. I am literally about to take it back to Myer today and the review option came up in my feed. This item was sold to us as an alternative to Tefal non stick. Can’t say I’m impressed at all in fact it seems worse. Very disappointed

It takes ages to cook the same food that I used to cook no problem in the previous pot I had. It takes a long time to heat up initially. It doesn't brown meat very well and anything I cook in it takes longer. I am a busy person, I don't want cooking anything to take longer than it needs to. I am not happy with my purchase. I've used it now so I'm not sure I can't return it. I doubt staff will believe me if I claim the cooking pot doesn't cook very well. It certainly doesn't meet my expectations of a good cooking pot. Being able to cook the food is what I bought it for! I thought the ceramic would just be non stick, I didn't realise it impacts the function of the cooking pot itself. Will never buy again and will recommend others do not buy.
