Cheap crap at an expensive price! Stick to Baccarat saucepans and splurge on the Ninja! Faulty from the get go, bought on sale in November for the kids for Xmas, come Xmas day, the drip tray doesn’t even clip in, meaning the machine just cycles in the background display but won’t change from factory settings, rendering it unusable! Machine actually looks cheap, not sturdy and poorly made.

I bought Baccarat The SlushiePro Ice Cream & Slushie Machine in Cream for$499 online on 7 November 2025 as a Christmas present. It was shipped out on 10 November and received on 14 November 2025. That is the only good thing. The machine looks nice but is horrible and faulty from it’s 3rd use. It was used 2 times on the 25 December 2025 to make a ice cream and a slushie (cleaned after every use). The slushie was made really well the ice cream was too soft but I thought next time I will use a harder setting but never got to try an ice cream again because on the machines third use within a 24 hour period as I was making Christmas cocktails it started leaking its contents to the drip tray and all over the bench . It was properly locked into place, it was properly filled according to the instructions and specifications using room temperature /cold liquids as specified in the directions that came with the machine.. There was no spillage putting ingredients into machine as a spout jug was used to pour in the liquid so there was no reason why the contents would drip/ pour out from the bottom 3 minutes into use. I did all the trouble shooting and took it apart and cleaned it as instructed to no avail it leaks worse than a colander. It is faulty by design and manufacturer. I am not happy with this product at all would not recommend it to anyone. You can not contact the company on the phone only by email. This machine is not fit for purpose. Requested a full refund and if not obtained will be making a formal complaint to consumer affairs as this product has serious design and usage flaws and is not fit for purpose. The ice cream comes out like slush the settings are not very good as there is not much difference between 2 and 6. I would not even pay $50 for this garbage and would rate it zero ✰ if I could save your money and your time don’t buy this appliance as you will regret buying it. Purchased in Nov 2025 at House for $499.
