I had to return this as I needed warmth on my neck not just at the base of it. The shoulders sat too high on me and needed to press them down to feel the heat. I have arthritis on my neck and I also needed something I could keep on and move around in and obviously being electric it wasn’t such a good idea on my part

Nice, takes a little while to get warm/hot. Warmth is spread out but often pools in the middle of pad but may only be my product. Neck part doesn't get too hot
