My new Classic Chef's Knife.

Perfect. I have had the same knife , only the larger version for 18 years. Using it every day. Due to age the tip broke. so I replaced it with the 15cm one, same brand. I couldnt be more satisfied. This one is actually betten that the large one for me as I dont do much carving.
