Loved how these felt in the hand whilst cutting the cheeses. Very sturdy design and a pleasure to fit comfortably into your hand. They are lo sharp enough to cut the cheeses with easy, but not so sharp that they damage my marble cheese board. Perfect purchase. The Polish is also brilliant and looks great even after dishwashing. I noticed zero corrosion or water marks after popping them into the dishwasher.
