Horrible/Dangerous Product

Absolutely terrible. This is not the epilator you want, Braun is a much better brand. This is useless, fragile and also dangerous. I would almost bet money that this item was made by a man and not a women. An absolute waste of my money and didn’t even come with warranty. Didn’t even last me a month. I was guaranteed Philips to be a good brand, terrible. Never buying again.

It works-but it hurts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing works but holy Kelly Clarkson-it’s painful! For what it’s worth I’ve never used an epilator before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was too much for me to bear even on just my legs. I ended up just shaving my legs but where I did use the epilator there was no hair for about 2 shaves after so it definitely works for lengthening time between shaves. It’s very durable and I’d say moderate for noise-about as loud as an electric shaver. It came well packaged and has a bag for all the different attachments. I do plan to give it another try but it was definitely a bit more intense than I expected!
