Keeps the microplastics a little further away

I really like the way there are no plastic parts touching the water as it boils. This is the best thing about it. It also keeps the water hot for a little longer than our old kettle. The spout is a bit smaller than my old kettle but it was easy to get used to. There are clear marks inside for filling so it doesn’t matter that there is no little window.

Looks good, and exactly as expected.

It is plastic free kettle which I was looking for a longtime and found this one . It has good food grade stainless steel Inside the kettle where water touches. Bit heavy but that’s not an issues for me. Water also remains warm for a long time compared to plastic kettle.

Great value for a simple no fuss plastic-free kettle. The only thing I don't like about the kettle is the way the lid opens. It doesn't open all the way when you press the button, you have to manually open the lid for it to full open to refill water. Which isn't ideal when the underside of the lid is hot from the last boil and you need to top it up with more water to boil.
