I recently received a necklace from my order, however I was extremely disappointed to find that the item arrived tarnished and oxidised, despite being sold as brand new. This necklace was purchased as a birthday gift for my friend, but the condition of the item makes it look like a second-hand product. It is honestly embarrassing to give this as a gift.

Your sentence is mostly clear, but it could be slightly improved for fluency and correctness. Hereโs a revised version: Itโs beautiful. I bought one last year for my other daughter, and itโs still like new. I also love the price this year.
