It effectively removes light makeup, but Iโ€™d use something stronger for a full face. Itโ€™s also good for removing last traces of makeup after using a face wash. A nice, old school, alternative to a micellar water. Iโ€™ve enjoyed using this as part of my routine and would repurchase
