[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I was unhappy with was the instructions doesn't state whether it's to be used on wet or dry hair. I have these kinds of serums for hair thickening and they are to be used on dry hair, unfortunately this stated neither wet or dry, thank god for Google. However I have noticed less hair loss whilst showering since using this along with the full 3 step system. The packaging is simple but you don't need fancy packaging. Not sure I would pay the price for the system myself. I feel I need longer to actually determine whether or not that it actually works. Time given isn't enough time especially with longer hair.
