I purchased this actually quite some time ago but have only just been asked to review it. The concept is great and it does an excellent job however there are negatives. The main ones being that it is heavy and cumbersome to set up. The glass jug is very solid and I chose it over other brands that cooks your soup in a plastic jug. For someone who cannot manage weight, especially perhaps someone with weak arm strength, this one wouldn’t work. The cleaning process, as it is heavy, is fiddly too. Mine now is relegated to the pantry collecting dust as I find it much easier making soup in a saucepan on the stovetop then blitzing it with my bamix.

This is the best blender Ive owned for quality, easy to use and clean, ive made so many soups and sauces since purchasing ive even made lemon curd twice!! Purchasing on line via Myer was easy and efficient my Foodi arrived days after ordering and packaged very well!
