Supportive shoes

My son with Down Syndrome needed some shoes to replace his old ones and I was having the hardest time finding something that was supportive enough but also wide. Others we tried, he was just not walking well. These NB shoes have been the best. Heβs walking very well and they look well made.
patrhetic quality of shoes

Very disappointed with the quality of these New Balance shoes. I bought them for my children, and in less than 20 days of normal use, they already look extremely worn out and rugged. What makes this more disappointing is that my kids do not wear these shoes for rough outdoor play, parks, or any particularly demanding activities. They have mainly been used for normal everyday wear. The material appears to be quite sub-par, and the overall finish and stitching quality are also disappointing. The shoes have deteriorated far more quickly than I would expect from a brand like New Balance, especially considering the price and reputation of the company. Children's shoes obviously need to withstand regular use, but these have lost their appearance in just a few weeks. I expected much better durability, material quality, and workmanship. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would find it difficult to recommend this particular pair of New Balance shoes for kids.
