Don't work properly

I bought 2 of these headphones recently. One doesn't charge at all. Has not worked once. Other pair has to be reconnected to my Google Pixel 9 Pro each time I want to use them. Audio quality is passable. Reliability of the battery seems to be the worst issue. I thing is that I want to buy this type of headphone. The quality is always so average to poor. Won't buy again from Myer.
