Heat distribution is even; we have used this deep roasting pan for at least once a week, and we dont have an issue on cleaning after baking! We usually use it for roasting whole chicken or veggies or pork chops; it is very durable and easy to clean and store. No browning or rust on the pan for 2 months of usage
