Disappointing experience
Chipped glass — 3 out of 5 stars
Glasses were just what I wanted. According to the box " High resistance to breakage: resilient bowl and reinforced laser cut rim" Sadly one of the glasses chipped at the rim the day I purchased them. I wasn't rough with it. I took the chipped glass back to Myer with the box and receipt. I was told I had to bring all 4 glasses back. This meant another trip to Southland and a morning wasted. When I returned the second tome the staff confimed I didn't really ned to bring back the 3 undamaged glasses. They could have just replaced the one glass. Eventually exchanged without a fuss. I might add that when I looked for glasses I asked for help and was told it was up to me to make my own way around the different brands. There was no one place to find them. This was frustrating. I didn't care about the brand, just the type of glass.
